Why was it renamed to "hall of fallen foes" in the localization?

I’ve watched the Japanese trailer for the Ocarina of Time Remake where this was originally known as 万魔殿 (ばんまでん) or “pandemonium” which isn’t the same thing when I re-watched the trailer: this time the NA version where it was instead called the “hall of fallen foes” in the English localization.
